Tasked with ensuring that the Completion Services products continue to develop and improve, Olav takes on this key roles to drive the technological solutions forward. His experience within software development is broad, ranging from desktop business applications to complex web based systems, and includes all aspects of a development project life cycle.
 
Olav has been the co-founder and general manager of several successful IT companies focused towards the oil and gas industry, and has played a major part in the business development of Completion Services.
 

Educated as a Petroleum Engineer at the University of Stavanger, Gard started his working career as a technical assistant  at BP Norway. Following this he worked for Synergi as the Support Manager. Working to provide great service to customers and ensuring they had a smooth experience using the software solution.

He was then tasked with implementing Completion String Design at large multinationals such as: Statoil, Hydro, Exxon and Shell.

Realising the opportunity to further develop CSD and improve the services around the product, he took on the leadership role at Completion Services and is working to grow the business across international borders.

Experience from working with several IT-related companies, in addition to project-management of larger system development projects, mainly within the oil sector.

Knut works to continuously improve the service provided to Completion Services clients. Focussing on ensuring the quality of support, outsourcing and quality assurance services. At the same time he is tasked with developing new services for clients to best match their needs.
