Completion Services is happy to announce that
Aker Energy has decided to buy CSD software licenses. This means that Aker Energy joins many of the other Norwegian operators to use the CSD well schematic software to make well diagrams for planning and development of new fields. Aker Energy is a fairly new oil company with offices in both Norway and Ghana and the main focus will be exploration, appraisal and production opportunities offshore in Ghana. The company has already made considerable discoveries and development of the Pecan field is already in progress and production is set to start in 2021!

This will be our first customer in Ghana but we are already present in region as we have Nigerian customers (Seepco and Addax Petroleum) and a business partner in Nigeria (AeonX Group). We are convinced that CSD can visualize the well designs in a far better way than Excel/PowerPoint and with information in the CSD database, it is very easy to integrate and extract information to reports or web portals”
The application has been installed will be installed at the office in Oslo and further setup and customization will take place in August 2019.
