Det Norske expands the use of CSD

In 2014 Det Norske entered into an agreement to acquire Marathon Oil Norge. Det Norske has been using CSD for a few years already and has given them good quality well schematics for their wells. Due to this Det Norske has decided to expand the use of CSD and more CSD licenses have been purchased from Completion Services. Managing Director and co-founder Gard Karlsen says “We are delighted to see that Det Norske is satisfied with the CSD application and that they have decided to also use this on the Alvheim wells that were operated by Marathon Oil Norge. We will assist Det Norske with the work on inputting the wells into CSD to make sure that they get good quality well schematics that can be used in future operations.”
