Completion Services is happy to announce that yet another oil company has chosen CSD to keep track of their well schematics and well history. As Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Co. (SEEPCO) is expanding and activity level is high, it was important to get an application implemented to make it easier for the entire organization to see the most up to date well schematics. This will in the long run save them both time and money as avoiding incidents in connections with completion as well as workovers and interventions is crucial.
This is the first CSD customer in the African continent. Gard Karlsen, co-founder of Completion Services and Managing Director says "CSD is already in use in Nigeria and Gabon as Addax has operations in these countries but they run on a database located in Switzerland. But the implementation of CSD at SEEPCO means that we will have the first database installation in Africa.”
